Is this a dedicated server or a VPS?
Every plan is a physical, single-tenant server. No VMs, no hypervisor overhead, no noisy neighbors. The hardware listed on the order page is the hardware you get.
How fast can I be up and running?
Most in-stock orders provision within a few hours. Root credentials and the portal link arrive by email the moment the server boots. Custom configurations can take up to one business day.
What does "unmanaged" mean for support?
You run the OS. We run the hardware and the network. That means we handle provisioning, reboots, DDoS mitigation, and physical swaps. OS-level help is available as a per-ticket or monthly add-on.
Is DDoS protection really included?
Yes. Up to 1 Tbps of inline filtering on every server, no extra cost, no opt-in. Attacks are scrubbed upstream before they reach your port.
Do you oversell bandwidth or CPU?
No. Ports are burstable to 1 Gbps and the advertised transfer is what you can actually use. CPU is dedicated hardware, so you own every core.
What payment methods and billing cycles do you accept?
Credit card and PayPal, monthly or annual. Annual billing saves two months. Invoices render in the portal the moment the cycle opens.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the portal at least 24 hours before renewal and the service stops at the end of the paid period. No long-term contracts, no retention calls.
